We have been conditioned to treat our energy like an endless credit card, constantly swiping it for everyone else until we find ourselves completely overstimulated, exhausted, and hiding in the bathroom for ten minutes just to get a moment of peace. (We’ve all been there, no judgment.)

Somewhere along the line, wellness culture convinced us that the fix for this burnout is a rigid, expensive, 10-step morning routine that feels like another chore on your to-do list. But true restoration isn't a reward you have to earn after being impossibly productive. It’s the very soil your life grows in.

I built this space because I got tired of watching brilliant women wait around for a green light from the universe to finally protect their peace, set hard boundaries, and claim their joy. You don't need a permission slip from anyone else. You just need to give it to yourself.

How does this work?

I’m not into toxic positivity or performative, aspirational goal-setting here. My coaching style is warm, grounded, gentle, and entirely human. As a Coach Approach Practitioner in Training, I mix deep, supportive mindset work with real-world boundaries.

When we work together, we create an unhurried sanctuary for your thoughts. We look at the patterns that are keeping you stuck in the burnout cycle, we laugh at the chaotic realities of being a person, and we build customized, low-pressure rituals that actually protect your energy. We treat you like a garden to be tended with patience, not a broken project that needs to be aggressively fixed.

This isn't about achieving some flawless, untouchable state of zen. (Life is way too messy for that, and let's be real, shit happens.) This is a practical, soul-centered space designed to help you transition from catching small sparks of joy to letting your whole inner ember radiate outward.

Together, we dive into thoughtful, intentional discovery to figure out exactly who you are right now in this exact moment, what your true core values are, and what actually matters to you when you strip away everyone else's expectations. This initial call will help orient you to what a coaching relationship is and what to expect in our work together. Before the session you’ll be given an intake survey to complete in advance of our introductory call.
